Our team of Portfolio & Servicing Managers will be pleased to assist you with your needs, including things like:
- General account questions such as a balance inquiry
- Account update requests such as changes to your contact information, your ACH account information, etc.
- Loan modifications such as requests for additional capital
- Annual submissions of your financial statements, tax returns, and insurance policy renewals (due by April 15 of each year)
Annual Reporting
Each year, SBA borrowers are required to submit the following documents to First Chatham Bank, and our team of Portfolio & Servicing Managers are here to help you any way they can.
To receive a link for uploading your files securely, please email SBALoanSupport@firstchatham.com with "Secure Upload Link Request" in the subject line. Your Servicing Manager will respond with a custom, secure link within two business days.
Documents due by April 15 of each year:
Business Tax Return If extended, we require proof of your filed Extension along with a Year-end Financial Statement (Balance Sheet and Income Statement)
Business Interim Statement Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Business Debt Schedule Must reflect all current debt
Personal Tax Return Must be submitted for all Guarantors; if extended, we require proof of the filed Extension(s)
Personal Financial Statement Must be submitted for all Guarantors
Proof of Required Insurance Policies Documents must show policy dates, and are due upon policy renewal
For Hospitality borrowers, a current STR Report or Annual Occupancy Report
All documents must be signed and dated by a principal, officer or manager of the business.
