Brooke Gouin closes SBA loans for Chatham Business Capital. In her role, she leverages her experience to seamlessly lead borrowers — and the loan team – through the closing process and to funding. Brooke works with borrowers of all experience levels. She understand the process can sometimes feel daunting, so she works proactively to ensure things run as smoothly and quickly as possible. Brooke began her career in SBA lending by joining the Loan Operations Team at Live Oak Bank. It wasn’t long before she found her calling and moved into a Loan Closing role there. In 2021, she was thrilled to be a part of launching Chatham Business Capital.
