Charlotte Post runs the multi-disbursement and construction department for Chatham Business Capital. Charlotte helps borrowers manage their construction risk by guiding them through the General Contractor vetting process, plan approval process and budget process. Once the loan closes, she then processes payments and continues to facilitate a smooth borrower experience until the project is completed. Charlotte has been in banking for over 10 years, with 9 years of SBA construction project management experience. During her 7 years at Live Oak Bank, she held several positions within the construction department working on SBA 7a, SBA 504, USDA B&I, and conventional projects. Prior to joining the CBC team, Charlotte redirected some troubled projects and revamped the construction process and procedures at Q2 Business Capital. She is thrilled to be on a team that inspires borrowers to think BIGGER.
