Cindy Uphold is a key member of the SBA loan closing team at Chatham Business Capital. She joined us with more than ten years of experience closing SBA loans and twenty years of experience closing conventional loans. Cindy’s experience makes her exceptionally well equipped to help loan customers navigate the closing process from “A” to “Z.” Her proactive approach and thorough communication ensure a quick and seamless closing journey for her customers.

Prior to joining Chatham Business Capital, Cindy helped to create SBA Departments at two of her former employers: Bay Cities Bank and Freedom Bank. Most recently, she was part of a large SBA Closing Team at First Bank of the Lake.
