George Vredeveld leads the government-guaranteed lending team at Chatham Business Capital. George views himself as a coach, team builder and agent for positive change for the elite team at CBC. His approachable leadership style and desire to empower team members helped catapult CBC into a top 50 SBA lender in the organization’s inaugural year. During his 29 years in the small business lending industry, George co-founded both Quadrant Financial and Q2 Business Capital, helping each achieve top 30 SBA lender status and two years as Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies.
