Kristina Rozek manages the legal department for Chatham Business Capital. Kristina oversees all legal aspects of CBC’s loan closings, ensuring they are conducted both in compliance with SBA or USDA regulations and in a timely and streamlined manner. Kristina often acts as “problem solver” for the CBC team, providing counsel on loan eligibility, structure, closing hurdles, and more. She also serves the CBC management team in a variety of policy-related functions. Kristina is a licensed attorney who started her career in private practice with Starfield & Smith, PC. She subsequently served as in-house counsel for several SBA lenders, including Quadrant Financial, CertusBank, and BankUnited. She has 16+ years of SBA-focused experience.
