Lisa Jones underwrites SBA and USDA loans for Chatham Business Capital. A veteran in the SBA industry, Lisa makes recommendations to the Bank for approval or decline. Lisa leverages her extensive understanding of eligibility guidelines while managing the underwriting process. Her attention-to-detail and ability to multitask are leveraged from the issuance of commitment letters, to receipt and review of commercial real estate appraisals, business valuations, payment transcripts, payoffs, and more. Timeliness and customer experience are a top priority for Lisa. Her 20+ years in SBA lending includes tenures most recently with ReadyCap, BankUnited, Citibank and Chase.

Hobbies: Relaxing at home with her two daughters; Keeping an eye on her crazy dog, Cooper, and Planning her oldest daughter’s wedding (happening September 2022 in Reno/Lake Tahoe)
