Nicholas Byrd primarily manages the hospitality loans on behalf of Chatham Business Capital, First Chatham Bank’s government-guaranteed lending division. Nicholas builds relationships with the borrowers in his portfolio; processes all borrower servicing requests and loan modifications; and ensures that loans remain in compliance with SBA and USDA regulations. Nicholas brings fifteen years of industry experience to his role, including a tenure in credit underwritng. Prior to joining Chatham Business Capital, Nicholas worked in portfolio management at a community bank and two regional banks.
