Roxana Rice leads the credit, closing and construction operations for Chatham Business Capital. Roxana is an industry veteran with two decades of experience in government-guaranteed lending. In her role, Roxana maintains processes and procedures related to underwriting and closing and operations; provides management and coaching for her team of experienced Closers; provides counsel and advice throughout the CBC organization; while also directly managing her own loan closings.

Prior to coming on board with Chatham Business Capital, Roxana developed processes, conducted training and lead the closing team for one of the top producing banks in the country.
