Scott Gilman has been involved in small business financing for 25+ years. Over this time period he has been recognized annually as one of the top business development officers in the country. Scott is involved in funding projects nationwide utilizing government platforms such as SBA 7a, USDA, and SBA 504. Scott’s focus is special purpose real estate with a specific niche in hospitality. Across his career Scott has helped both bank and non-bank lenders build out their small business lending programs. These have included the establishment of lending divisions with: The Money Store, Transamerica Small Business Finance, Community South Bank, Quadrant Financial, and BankUnited. At CBC, Scott was the initial lender founding what has grown into a leading SBA shop nationwide.
