Stacey Osborne leads Loan Operations for Chatham Business Capital. In her role, Stacey oversees the day to day servicing of the loans including disbursements, payments, maintenance, payoffs, and releases. Her leadership enables the team to deliver responsiveness and accuracy to our SBA and USDA loan customers.

Stacey’s strong attention to detail and deep experience with government-guaranteed loan systems are also applied to secondary market transactions, and all of the company’s government guaranteed reporting requirements. Stacey ensures compliance with SBA and USDA regulations while also delivering on First Chatham Bank’s needs related to reporting and visibility into its SBA and USDA loan portfolios.

Stacey has over twenty years of experience in banking, with more than five years managing SBA Operations for community banks, including Mountain 1^st Bank. Her extensive background also includes various Loan Operations and Accounting roles at Fidelity Bank and Ameris Bank.
