Tammy Hubbs assists with a variety of pre-closing legal items as well as post-closing servicing items for Chatham Business Capital. Tammy works with our Closing Team to carry out various searches and due diligence in advance of closings. Post-closing, Tammy works with the Portfolio Management Team to complete Servicing actions for borrowers. Before coming to Chatham Business Capital, Tammy managed Post closing Portfolio Management servicing items at BankUnited. Tammy was also an Operations Analyst for BankUnited as well as Community South Bank, which was her entry point to SBA lending. Tammy has held and enjoyed various roles in SBA for sixteen years and looks forward to many more.
