Tricia Threlkeld underwrites SBA loans for Chatham Business Capital. Her primary role is to review and analyze loan requests from prospective borrowers. Tricia’s approach involves taking time to get to know her customers. She asks questions to ensure she understands where the business has been, and where it’s going. She digs into what the current and potential future needs are; and then works diligently on credit structures that will meet those needs.

Tricia has been in the SBA industry for over 20 years and specializes in loans for CRE purchases and refinances; franchise start-ups and business acquisitions. She began her career with CIT Small Business Lending and has worked with other SBA lenders, including: UPS Capital, United Community Bank and most recently Pacific Western Bank.
