Zahra Holness manages the servicing of a loan portfolio for Chatham Business Capital. Zahra is responsible for the ongoing SBA or USDA customer relationship after loans close. Zahra started her banking career in 2000 where she worked in the loan servicing department of First Federal Bank of California. Zahra made the big leap across country moving to Atlanta in 2007 when she joined Sunrise Bank of Atlanta as a Loan Operations Manager. This role also launched her SBA career. In 2011 Zahra joined Ameris Bank as a Portfolio Manager for the SBA department and that’s where her career hit its stride. At BankUnited she received two promotions within three years for her exceptional work in SBA portfolio management.
